Since 1883, Reinhardt University has focused on meeting student needs one person at a time.
Whether at the residential main campus in the foothills of Cherokee County just 45 minutes northwest of Atlanta or in the adult education program in bustling Alpharetta, Reinhardt’s emphasis is on personalized education, best provided in small classes by experienced and talented professors who truly care.
Because we believe that how our alumni live their lives is even more important than what they do for a living, the Reinhardt experience begins in the classroom, and extends to include much more. Athletics, clubs, leadership positions, service projects, internships and studying abroad also help to shape the talented students who come our way. Our vibrant spiritual environment, grounded in our United Methodist roots, promotes personal growth and is welcoming to students of all faiths.
For those seeking to complete a degree or advance professionally, Reinhardt’s adult and degree completion programs have been designed with you in mind. You’ll enjoy coursework you can apply immediately at work, as well as convenient classes, simplified registration and professors with extensive real world experience.

Special Financial Assistance for Cherokee County Students
Reinhardt offers special assistance for local students. This aid, called the Cherokee County Grant, is funded by the generous donations of local residents and businesses through the annual county-wide fund-raiser, A DAY. The College matches the funds raised each year, and this total is awarded annually to qualified local students. Since the first A DAY in 1998, more than $1.6 million has been raised and awarded to Cherokee County students at Reinhardt.
